I had an amazing time during my stay. The staff was very kind and helpful, providing an early check-in and responsive emails. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-furnished, with a comfortable bed and an outdoor sitting area. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the large pool and the separate baby pool. This city had many nice old towns to visit nearby.

Spending Christmas in the Italian countryside was amazing! The fresh air and the stunning views of the mountains made it the perfect holiday break. The apartment was equipped with all necessary cooking equipment and having access to the BBQ facilities was a plus. We also enjoyed the indoor pool, which was great for a refreshing swim during the winter.
The Wi-Fi connection was very slow and sometimes not even working. Also, the location was far from the main tourist attractions, but it wasn't a big issue for us since we had a car. The apartment was a bit outdated compared to what we expected, but overall it was clean and comfortable for a family stay during the holidays.

Spent a lovely Christmas stay in Tuscany! Location was key, easy to get around nearby cities. Clean accommodation with great quality furnishings. Loved the gardens and the relaxing atmosphere, perfect for families. Heated pool was a plus and it was great that we had the option to use the indoor pool.
The restaurant was not open and we had to drive into the nearby town. It would've been better to have some basic kitchen condiments available such as salt and oil.

This countryside resort was a perfect getaway for a peaceful and refreshing break. the gardens were spacious and well-kept, with a saltwater pool that was a real highlight. Our apartment was comfortable and clean, with a large terrace that provided a great spot to enjoy the stunning views. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the resort had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
The Wi-Fi could have been faster.
